Director of Rehabilitation (PT/OT) – Baltimore, MD
$105,000–$112,000 per year
We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to take the lead in managing rehabilitation services at a skilled nursing facility. This full-time position is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys motivating teams, improving department efficiency, and making a meaningful impact on resident recovery.
• Direct therapy department activities and coordinate daily operations
• Support staff performance, training, and clinical development
• Ensure quality treatment delivery and regulatory compliance
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes
