Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to join our team. You will act as the critical link between our customers and field technicians. This role handles all daily dispatching, customer scheduling, billing processes, and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatching: Route and schedule HVAC and plumbing technicians efficiently.
• Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, assess customer needs, and book appointments.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generate customer invoices and process payments accurately.
• Purchase Orders: Create, track, and reconcile POs for parts and materials.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and technician logs in our software system.
• Team Coordination: Update technicians on schedule changes and part availabilities throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination (HVAC/Plumbing industry preferred).
• Financial Skills: Proven experience handling invoicing, billing workflows, and purchase orders.
• Software Tech: Proficiency with dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro) is a major plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking: Ability to handle high call volumes and manage shifting priorities calmly.
