Property ManagerThe Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the efficient day-to-day operation of the apartment community.This is what you'll do:Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staffEnsures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reportsManages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluationEnsures excellent customer service to all residents and prospectsAchieves high resident retention and leasing expectationsWe're looking for you if:Interested in the aboveYou have leadership and team-building skillsExcellent mathematical skills (high school level)You strive for excellenceSome things we can't live without are:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseTwo years of apartment management experienceTax Credit experience preferred#CAROReq ID: 2026-9838
