Field Marketing Specialist - Dallas, TX

About the Role Coldwell Banker Realty’s Dallas team seeks a Field Marketing Specialist to support local real estate agents by building their businesses using Coldwell Banker’s programs and technology. Responsibilities Work with branch managers and leadership to identify and prioritize agents needing strategic marketing and brand support. Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies through group and individual sessions, showcasing our Core 4. Help agents create digital marketing strategies using social media (organic and paid), build impactful online profiles, and promote online customer testimonials. Conduct annual reviews of agents’ digital scorecards to measure online presence and identify improvement opportunities. Provide issue resolution and one‑on‑one assistance to agents as needed. Prepare a monthly calendar of educational and training opportunities and promote marketing workshops in‑office and online. Support multiple offices by attending and presenting at meetings, assisting with awards, recognition initiatives, and community outreach events. Assist newly affiliated office staff in onboarding new agents for success. Prepare personalized recruiting presentations for VIP agents and participate in presentations with branch managers. Work with the creative team to create and manage local recruiting and ad campaigns. Attend regional marketing meetings and training sessions. Communicate regularly with the Field Marketing Manager and local leadership on key initiatives and activity. Submit competitive intelligence samples to the recruiting intelligence portal. Stay updated on marketing quality issues, rules, regulations, and protocol, including Fair Housing language, REALTOR® requirements, MLS standards, and Coldwell Banker identity standards. Travel Requirements Weekly local travel to multiple assigned offices throughout Dallas–Fort Worth. Role is in‑office five days a week. Ideal Candidate Strong project management skills. Experience working effectively in a multi‑functional and multi‑location environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred). Prior real estate industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to learn additional online tools. Basic knowledge of paid social media campaign development. Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and prompting skills. Strong presentation, writing, and public‑speaking skills. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and follow up on open items to ensure timely closure.
