Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)
Looking for a flexible PRN role where your skills make a difference? Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN PTA to join our supportive rehab team. Help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence—while keeping your schedule flexible!

What You’ll Do
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a PT
Assist residents with mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
Document treatments and progress using Net Health
Collaborate with the rehab team to support resident-centered goals
What We’re Looking For
Active PTA license in Vermont
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new grads welcome
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
