Your Day at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional service. Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise. Restock merchandise and replenish supplies. Process orders and deliveries accurately. Cross‑train in other areas to deliver the best customer service. Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut wood, cut drywall). Guide customers through shopping or checkout. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information. 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets. Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills. Ability to stand, sit, and perform tasks; lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation. Preferred Qualifications 6 months retail and/or customer service experience. Bi‑lingual skills. Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical). Travel & Working Conditions No regular travel; occasional meetings or support of neighboring stores. Work may involve indoor and outdoor weather conditions, lifting up to 75 lbs, use of equipment, and exposure to noise or varying climates. Pay Range $16.00 - $16.65 per hour.
