Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and clinically skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing skilled Physical therapy to our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing the highest quality of Physical therapy, keeping accurate documentation, and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and families.

 

Physical Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled Physical therapy to our residents, meeting their unique needs and achieving outcomes

• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation and records

• Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for our residents and team members

• Make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and families

   

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements:

• Valid Florida professional license as a Physical Therapy Assistant

• Accepting new and seasoned therapists

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing, and PT scope of practice

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care
