Medical Office Associate I - Per Diem, Various 8 Hour Day Shifts, Infusion Center, Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

Job Description

Manages phones, greets patients, schedules/confirms appointments, enters demographics & patient information, verifies insurance coverage, complete forms, collect co-pays, balances cash, maintains schedule in EMR system, and processes pre-certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer and employee focused, demonstrated ability to multi-task, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, prior experience strongly preferred.
