Sales Representative  Team Ford Las Vegas

Most people apply for jobs because they need one...We're looking for people who want an opportunity. Team Ford is the highest volume Ford dealership in Southern Nevada, and we're looking for motivated, competitive, customer focused professionals to join our Sales team. This is not a position for someone who wants to sit behind a desk and answer a few emails or wait for someone to walk into the showroom. This is a performance driven role where your effort directly impacts your income, your growth, and your future. You'll work with customers who are actively shopping online, responding to inquiries, building relationships, setting appointments, and helping create an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation to the final delivery. The people who thrive here are the ones who enjoy challenges, embrace accountability, and take pride in being better today than they were yesterday.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and/or email inquiries

• Build rapport with customers and guide them through the buying process

• Set and confirm appointments with prospective customers

• Follow up consistently and professionally with customers throughout their shopping journey

• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity

• Work closely with sales management to maximize every opportunity

• Deliver an experience worthy of the Ford Triple Crown and President's Award standards we hold ourselves to every day

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, texting, email, and phone communication

• Coachable and willing to learn

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

• Sales experience is preferred, but drive, attitude, and work ethic matter more

Compensation

Expected compensation range: $67K to $200K annually, including commissions and performance-based incentives.
