Hospice Registered Nurse

Hospice Registered Nurse (Healthcare) Trinity Hospice is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our growing hospice team in Joplin. A Day in the Life Start your day visiting patients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, and adjust plans of care as conditions change Coordinate closely with physicians, hospice aides, LPNs, social workers, and chaplains Support and educate families, helping them feel confident and cared for Document care clearly and efficiently in our EMR, Consolo.
