IT Support Technician II - Networking & Systems

Jabil is seeking an IT Support Technician in New York to provide end-user support for PCs, servers, hardware, and software. You will interact with suppliers, monitor assets, verify backups, and maintain network services while ensuring ISS security policies are followed. Responsibilities include on-call support, hardware provisioning, ghost imaging, MES/SAP RF scanner imaging, PBX troubleshooting, and user training.
