Oversee daily financial responsibilities, including labor costs, inventory management, and cash handling procedures. Coach and mentor team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment. Encourage the professional growth and development of all staff members. Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve store goals. Assist in the hiring process to select quality staff and develop strategies for their retention. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
