The welder is responsible for fabricating and welding structural steel components, conveyor frames, chutes, supports, and related material handling equipment. This position requires the ability to read fabrication drawings, produce quality welds, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.Experienced welder with expertise in MIG, flux-core, stainless steel, and aluminum welding for conveyor systems and material handling equipment. Skilled in reading blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols to accurately fabricate and assemble structural steel components, including frames, platforms, supports, and chutes. Proficient in setting up and operating welding and fabrication equipment, inspecting weld quality, preparing materials, and working closely with fitters to ensure precise assembly.
