Empowered Hospitality is on the lookout for rockstar senior HR leaders for opportunities based in the New York City area!
These are highly visible leadership roles supporting multi-state restaurant operations within the casual and upscale-casual/full-service space. The right person will be comfortable moving between strategic HR leadership and the hands-on realities of supporting restaurant operations.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership and restaurant operators to shape and execute the people strategy across multiple locations and markets.
Location & Travel
- This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area. Candidates should be NYC-based or able to commute easily into the city on a regular basis.
- Because the organization operates across multiple states, periodic out-of-state travel to restaurant locations will be required.
