Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other related discipline. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills. Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States. Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects. Salary The salary range for this role is 42,000 USD - 88,000 USD. Hybrid Role Definition Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
