Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site CNC Operator role based in Sparta, NJ. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting and installing tooling, loading materials, inputting or adjusting CNC programs, and performing test runs to verify proper operation. The role involves inspecting parts using measurement tools, documenting results, and making machine or program adjustments to meet quality and safety standards. The CNC Operator will collaborate with production team members to meet production schedules, support continuous improvement, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC machine operation, including Machine Operation and basic Machinery setup and troubleshooting. Hands‑on Machining experience, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measurement tools. Experience with Milling and Lathe operations, including setup, tooling selection, and optimizing machining parameters. Strong Quality Control skills, including part inspection, documentation, and adherence to ISO and AS9100 or similar quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining, manufacturing, or related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and CNC programs; basic math and measurement skills required. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and consistent, reliable attendance. Previous CNC operating experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
