Job Requirements and Duties:
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, reports, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Proficiency in Mastercam and SolidWorks .
- Strong experience with CNC programming .
- Generates accurate and efficient CNC programs for shop‑floor machines.
- Collaborates with machinists to troubleshoot CNC‑related issues and provide technical guidance.
- Supports new, recurring, and rework job orders by creating or revising process routings and Methods of Manufacture based on production feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and present technical information to managers, supervisors, and customers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
