Returns Specialist LeadThe Returns Specialist Lead is responsible for coordinating all daily activities related to processing dealer returns and preparation for manufacturer returns. This is located at our North facility at 4950 NE 29th, Des Moines, Iowa, 50317.Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for verifying the store number and keying correctly in computer before each returnAccurately counts and scans each product received in returns departmentEfficiently sorts returned product into boxes by manufacturerSeals full boxes of sorted product and places on the appropriate skid by manufacturer.Keeps surrounding area clean and neat.Performs other associated duties as assigned.Other duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Job RequirementsAbility to lift 30 to 50 lbs. repetitively.Basic computer and accurate data entry skills.Ability to work within established time and quality control goals for this area.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Ability to learn and master new tasks quickly.Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with coworkers, managers, and customers.Ability to provide assistance in other work-related areas as required.Environmental and Physical Activity RequirementsThe daily responsibilities of this position constantly require effective talking, hearing, sitting, walking and standing functions. Frequent repetitive motion activities are required. Must be able to read print and computer based materials and to do so with consistent accuracy. Most of these functions require light physical exertion and are conducted in a temperature controlled environment with occasional exposure to hot and cold temperature.Intellectual/Emotional RequirementsThe occupant of this position must be able to perform the responsibilities of the position well under pressure.
