Job Description We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive product management and marketing activities for SLC NAND, Automotive eMMC/UFS, and other Flash Memory products for a diverse range of OEMs across many industries and applications. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of marketing and product management to drive business for KIOXIA’s products, identifying new applications and markets, providing customer feedback to shape future products and roadmaps, oversee day‑to‑day operations, negotiate pricing, and address challenges that arise with ingenuity and resolve to help solve them. Responsibilities Contribute to product marketing efforts for Automotive eMMC/UFS, SLC NAND, and other Flash Memory products Responsible for a wide array of activities that enable sales growth, including marketing activities related to promotion, product, pricing and product placement, supported by the continuous acquisition of knowledge from the voice of customers and the market Collaborate closely with colleagues in Japan, KIOXIA overseas companies, Sales, Engineering and other departments to support customer requirements, help resolve issues and expand KIOXIA’s business Regularly generate financial and production forecast for product lines and customers, as well as contribute to the budgeting and mid‑term plan process Develop in‑depth technical understanding of the products to the extent appropriate in understanding their business implications, to enhance decision making Support the creation and presentation of promotional material which showcase the benefits and technology of KIOXIA’s NAND Flash products Conduct persuasive and informative presentations to customers, management and others Regular travel required: ~ 20% (mostly domestic, some international) Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, Business/Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 2‑5+ years job experience required, preferably in Memory industry. Position is primarily business oriented, but some technical aptitude, and industry knowledge a plus. High standard of accuracy, results orientated, flexibility and openness to change. Ability to work well independently. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast paced environment with cross‑functional global teams in multiple time zones. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as presentation skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
