US IT Recruitment Lead at Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension Location: Frisco, TX – Onsite 4 days a week Overview We are seeking a seasoned TPM to lead a high-impact initiative focused on improving efficiencies in CyberArk ticketing processes for Just-In-Time (JIT) Access . This role will partner closely with the automation and EPM teams to streamline access request workflows, enhance ServiceNow flows, and drive process improvements across the enterprise. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in process improvement, technical product management, or related roles. Strong understanding of CyberArk, ServiceNow , and JIT access workflows . Proven experience working with automation teams and enterprise platform management (EPM) . Expertise in cross-functional team leadership. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at VP level and below. Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and NPV modeling.
