Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) - Principal Financial Analyst - P3 - (Onsite)

OSC Finance Analyst at RTX Location: McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; Forest, MS or Andover, MA. Role type: Onsite. U.S. citizenship required. Responsibilities Lead quarterly EAC processes, including gathering inputs, updating APEX, preparing presentations, conducting variance analysis, and assessing risks and opportunities. Prepare financial forecasts, LREs, and monitor actual costs, explaining variances to plans. Ensure adherence to EVM policies for programs, including BOM traceability, production labor, and support labor processes. Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses as needed. Collaborate frequently with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Program Finance teams. Qualifications University degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Relevant experience in finance operations or finance analysis. Advanced Excel functions such as PowerBI, Power Query, Tableau and/or data analytics. Ability to develop process improvements, meet critical deadlines, and demonstrate thorough critical‑thinking skills. Experience with SAP Business Systems (e.g., APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office) and knowledge of Earned Value (EV) and/or PRISM EV. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate a matrix organization toward common finance goals. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Power Query. Experience using Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills.
