Machine Operator

Overview Join our dynamic team at a leading corrugated box manufacturer located in Hatboro, PA! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator for 2nd or 3rd shift to help us produce high-quality packaging solutions. If you have a passion for manufacturing and a knack for operating machinery, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate and monitor various types of machinery used in the production of corrugated boxes. Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently to meet production goals. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
