Maintenance TechnicianBill Rate: 25-28/HR on W2 Hours: 7am - 3:30pm Location: 10300 128th Ave Pleasant Prairie, WI 53142Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing FacilityOffice Team Overview: Will be reporting to Hard Services Supervisor. Team consists of Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Techs, Plumbers and Electricians.Resource's Typical Working Day: Perform Preventative Maintenance, repairs. Including Fit & Finish work, plumbing, electrical, HVACLicenses/Certifications: OSHA 10 Construction (Preferred but not necessary)Must Have Skills: Commercial / Industrial experienceNice to Have Skills: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentYears of Experience: 5Education: High School Diploma / GED Trade School / Apprenticeship ProgramSoftware Skills: Ability to use CMMS system, EmailInterview Process: 1st round virtual 2nd round in-person with a site tourAbout the Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.What You'll Do:Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
