Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Team in Albuquerque, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM Tue: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM Wed: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM Sat: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM Sun: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, verify authorized access when required, and assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures. Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, communicating noteworthy activity, and following post orders and/or instructions from Allied Universal and site leadership. Minimum Requirements A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
