About the Position

• Provide direct patient care on the medical-surgical unit

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to physicians

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

Requirements (Req):

• Active RN license in the state of practice

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• 1–2 years Med/Surg experience preferred

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work shifts, including nights/weekends as needed
