Part-Time Community Associate

Location Community Associate – 201 East Kennedy Boulevard, 9th floor, 33602 Tampa, Florida. Job Overview As a Community Associate you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within the center. You will help manage administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on their business. Responsibilities Arrive before opening to prepare the center, check for any cleaning issues. Assist customers with Wi‑Fi code changes, package pickups, directions to meeting rooms, projector setup, and other requests. Ensure services are properly charged and invoices accurate. Maintain mail, email customers regarding packages. Help customers with printing, invoicing, and open service tickets for issues (e.g., room temperature). Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, write e‑invites, and create promotional materials. Guide customers to restaurant options and ensure meeting rooms are tidy after use. Qualifications Good communicator, building strong professional relationships, empathy with customer needs. Experience (1+ year) in customer service preferred. Ownership mindset, solving problems proactively. Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast‑changing situations. Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment. Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
