Job Description Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Director to lead our outpatient clinic and help shape the future of patient care. Qualifications What We're Looking For: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist license Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation CPR certification Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support clinic operations Interest in clinic growth and community engagement (marketing experience is a plus) A self-starter with a leadership mindset and passion for professional growth A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Additional Information Why Join Star Physical Therapy Services?
