The Opportunity

Asseta is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Investments to report to our Head of Implementation. You'll lead the investment-side configuration of Asseta deployments, focused on holdings, portfolio accounting, and performance reporting for family office and RIA clients. Working closely with Project Managers and Engineering, you'll turn each client's investment operations into an accurate, trusted Asseta configuration, and act as the go-to expert on investment data across the implementation team.

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, Investments, You Will

• Lead onboarding for clients with complex investment portfolios, including alternative investments, multi-custodian holdings, and performance reporting requirements
• Configure holdings, positions, cost basis, and performance calculations to match each client's investment structure and reporting standards
• Own data migration and validation for investment and custodial data, ensuring accuracy across custodians, asset classes, and reporting periods
• Serve as the team's subject-matter expert on investment accounting, portfolio performance methodology, and custodial data feeds
• Partner with Project Managers to plan and sequence investment workstreams within the broader implementation timeline
• Deliver client training on investment reporting, performance analytics, and portfolio features
• Translate client feedback on investment functionality into clear requirements for Product and Engineering
• Mentor other Implementation Consultants on investment data concepts and configuration

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment operations, portfolio accounting, or investment software implementation
• Strong understanding of holdings and position data, cost basis methodologies, and time-weighted or money-weighted performance calculation
• Hands-on experience with investment or portfolio management platforms (Addepar, Black Diamond, Eton Solutions, or similar) is preferred
• Familiarity with custodial data feeds and multi-custodian reconciliation
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain investment concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple client engagements accurately
• CFA, CIPM, family office, or wealth management experience is a plus
