Technical Analyst III

As CohnReznick grows, we are offering a senior‑level Technical Analyst III position in our Global Digital & CyberSecurity team. This role leads the design, architecture, and delivery of complex cross‑functional technical solutions. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end application architecture and delivery of complex, multi‑system solutions Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs Design intuitive UI/UX solutions and create Figma wireframes and prototypes to support business and technical requirements Communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable information Establish and enforce technical standards, governance, and best practices Drive solution design across Power Platform, Azure, SQL, APIs, and enterprise systems Lead major initiatives, epics, and cross‑team programs Own critical incidents and perform root cause analysis Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and roadmap priorities Mentor and coach junior Technical Analysts Ensure audit readiness and security compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM major, required Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or MBA, preferred 7–10 years of experience Advanced knowledge of SDLC Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD Advanced SQL Server experience Strong API and integration experience Expertise in Power Platform Programming experience (.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript) Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills CohnReznick is an equal‑opportunity employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive team to drive business results and create a better future every day for our team members, clients, partners, and communities.
