Role Summary The Retail Training & Enablement Manager builds the training programs, tools, and resources that equip the retail sales team to sell the fleetOS POS effectively and the vendor community to use the platform confidently. You will own both internal sales enablement and external vendor education. What You'll Do Develop and deliver onboarding training for new retail sales representatives and retail account managers Build a product knowledge curriculum covering the fleetOS POS system, pricing, objection handling, and competitive positioning Create vendor-facing training materials including setup guides, video tutorials, and in-app walkthroughs Run ongoing skill development sessions for the retail sales team covering selling techniques, demo skills, and product updates Build and maintain a sales enablement content library accessible to the full retail team Develop certification programs for retail sales representatives and vendor account managers Gather field feedback from the sales team and incorporate it into training content updates Track training completion rates and measure the impact of enablement programs on sales performance What We're Looking For 3+ years of sales training, enablement, or instructional design experience Experience training field sales or retail sales teams Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual delivery Experience developing vendor or customer training programs for hardware or software products Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools Knowledge of the auto parts or fleet services industry is a meaningful advantage Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience in a B2B hardware or technology sales environment is preferred Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
