The Gardens at Columbine, located in Littleton, CO, is seeking compassionate Caregivers and QMAP Medication Technicians to join our assisted living and memory care community. We focus on providing resident-centered care in a supportive environment, where teamwork and dedication make a difference. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Help with laundry, bed-making, and trash removal
• Provide compassionate support in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings
• Communicate effectively with team members using radios
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Administer medications following the “Seven Rights” (QMAP role)
• Document and reorder medications accurately using Electronic Health Records and mobile apps (QMAP role)
• Follow Colorado’s QMAP scope of practice and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Caring, dependable individuals with a passion for working with seniors
• Certified QMAPs or caregivers interested in obtaining free QMAP certification
• Ability to work day, night, or rotating shifts in a large team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Electronic Health Records and mobile apps for care and medication documentation
• Team players who thrive in a resident-centered, supportive setting
