Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions. Process orders, manage account changes, and handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
