Project Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and oversee project execution from start to finish. Job Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and oversee fencing projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Supervise installation crews and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality control. Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites. Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed. Communicate project updates and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Ability to safely operate and maneuver a trailer with materials. Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing daily physical labor. Perform various hands-on tasks, including sprinkler repairs, installing and securing pickets, adjusting gates, and welding (welding experience preferred but not required). Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus. Knowledge of fencing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. Previous experience in project management, preferably in construction or fencing. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
