You will have administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to tailor treatment plans and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Remain open to regular consultations with team members for case discussion, feedback, and professional growth.

• Evaluate client progress consistently and adjust intervention strategies to achieve optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of adults facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. You will work closely with individuals from different backgrounds, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to ensure everyone feels respected and understood throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following unrestricted licenses to practice independently in California:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted. Candidates with no disciplinary actions in their professional history will be prioritized.

• Strong decision-making abilities regarding treatment plans are essential, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in technology and digital communication tools is necessary for effective virtual counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience employing evidence-based therapy modalities and providing virtual therapy is highly desirable.
