Work Environment\n

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. Our telehealth model employs secure video conferencing tools to ensure clients receive the support they need from the comfort of their own homes. You will operate within a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with the autonomy to create appointments that suit both your and your clients' needs. There is no on-call work, enabling you to maintain healthy boundaries.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video sessions with clients, delivering therapeutic support tailored to their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions, enabling them to gain insights into their thought patterns and interpersonal relationships.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health conditions and collaborate with them to create detailed, solution-focused treatment plans that reflect their individual circumstances.

• Utilize clinical knowledge and evidence-based strategies to implement effective interventions and monitor client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults presenting with a range of stable, low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship concerns. Our approach emphasizes the importance of equipping clients with life skills and coping mechanisms that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active independent state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient in using technology platforms for telehealth services, with strong computer literacy skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
