Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and internal requests
• Track deadlines, open items, and follow-up activity
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and business documentation
• Support scheduling, meetings, and team coordination
• Update information in internal systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with process documentation and routine reporting
• Coordinate with different departments on operational needs
• Help resolve routine workflow issues and delays

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Professional and dependable
• Previous operations, project support, or business coordination experience is preferred
