Senior Accountant

A national manufacturing company in Dodge County is looking to add a new Senior Accountant to their team. This position is newly created due to company growth, so it would be an exciting role to make your own. You also would have a direct line to the CFO who would be a fantastic mentor figure! Job Duties: Partner with CFO on month/year end close procedures Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports on variances Assist with forecasting and budgeting for division Maintain fixed asset registers Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory Provide support for other accounting functions when needed Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field At least 2 years of relevant experience Manufacturing experience REQUIRED Ability to work independently Ability to interact and communicate with upper-level management on a daily basis If this particular role is not of interest, our team is engaged in over 40 separate searches in the area.
