Position Summary
The Bilingual Staffing Specialist will play a key role in recruiting onboarding and supporting employees while building strong relationships with clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys helping people find employment opportunities and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit source screen and interview candidates for light industrial warehouse clerical and professional positions
- Conduct candidate onboarding and new hire orientations
- Maintain regular communication with employees and clients regarding staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews background checks and onboarding requirements
- Manage attendance tracking employee relations and workforce support
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner with clients to ensure staffing goals and service expectations are met
- Support job fairs recruiting events and community outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
- 2 years of staffing recruiting HR customer service or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
