Jr. Accountant - NJ

Our client is a global leader in supplying products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Jr. Accountant to support the accounting team with daily functions such as data entry, bank reconciliations and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have relevant education and experience seeking to grow with a global organization. Role reports to an office M-F. Hybrid is not an option. Responsibilities: Support Accounting department with various tasks inc. administrative Assist with month-end process/procedures Manage expense reports; review and process Assist invoice processing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Maintain records and data entry; digitize physical documents for tax compliance Support audit preparation; pull requested documents (ledger schedules, receipts and/or invoices) Professionally respond to client inquiries in a timely manner Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting Min. 3+ years of Accounting experience Experience with an ERP system a plus, preferably SAP Business One General Accounting principle/functions experience (i.e. data entry, account analysis and bank reconciliations) Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to details Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; strong Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.) Base Salary $55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) Full Benefits Package, 401K & PTO We are, along with our clients, an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to hiring and supporting a diverse workforce.
