ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to support individuals in a residential facility, fostering dignity and independence. You will provide direct support, skill-building, and advocacy to help residents achieve personal goals and a high quality of life. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, assisting with ADLs, documenting progress, and coordinating with treatment plans under nursing supervision.
