ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Residence Program Specialist in New York to support individuals in ADAPT residential facilities. You will assist with daily living skills, safety, and advocacy to promote independence and quality of life. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, NYS driver’s license, and AMAP eligibility.
