The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and collaborating with others to support outreach objectives. Responsibilities Assist with preparing approved informational and public relations materials. Support promotional events, presentations, and public engagement activities. Communicate company services and initiatives to customers and other audiences. Help maintain consistent messaging across customer-facing activities. Welcome attendees and respond to general questions during events. Coordinate with team members to organize outreach materials and schedules. Maintain records and resources related to public relations activities. Collect audience feedback and share observations with the appropriate team. Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings or promotional initiatives. Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and effective interpersonal abilities. Good organization and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and manage assigned responsibilities. Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences. Willingness to learn company procedures and communication standards.
