Job Description: We’re hiring a CNC Programmer who can take a job from print to part. You’ll program using MasterCam at a dedicated workstation, then set up and run your own jobs on Haas or Fanuc machines . You’ll also make program edits as needed, either in MasterCam or at the machine.

This is not a button-pushing role . We need a skilled programmer who can also handle machining.

Core Responsibilities:

Programming (Primary)

• Program CNC parts using MasterCam (mostly milling, some turning)

• Post-process and transfer code to Haas/Fanuc machines

• Edit G-code at the machine when needed

Machining (Secondary)

• Set up and run the jobs you've programmed

• Inspect parts using conventional measurement tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, etc.) and make adjustments as needed

• Document setups, suggest process improvements, and maintain a clean and efficient workstation

Required Experience:

• 3–5+ years of programming with MasterCam software

• Confident with Haas and/or Fanuc controls

• Able to go from print to finished part , including programming, setup, and first article

• Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds/speeds, and shop math

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of programming/setup experience

• Tight-tolerance or aerospace experience

• Comfortable troubleshooting and improving processes

Not a Fit If:

• You’ve only made light edits at the machine

• You rely on others for setups or programming

• You don’t regularly use MasterCam

Work Environment:

• Monday–Friday day shift (~40–45 hours/week)

• Small-team, hands-on shop

• Results-focused with no bureaucracy

Compensation:

• $28–$38/hour (DOE)

• Overtime eligible

• PTO accrual
