Make an impact from day one
Help keep production flowing and quality uncompromised by leading CNC setups that deliver parts right the first time. You will be the go-to for translating drawings into accurate machine setups and stable, repeatable processes on Mori Seiki, Doosan, and Haas platforms running Fanuc controls.
Your responsibilities- Execute complete CNC setups and operate machines in line with specifications and production timelines.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to define tooling, workholding, and machining sequences.
- Manufacture precise, high-quality parts while ensuring repeatability.
- Maintain rigorous tolerance control throughout each job.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to sustain optimal machine performance.
- Inspect finished work using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance.
- Operate Mori Seiki, Doosan, and Haas machines utilizing Fanuc controls.
- Hands-on experience as a CNC Set Up Operator or similar in a manufacturing setting.
- Solid grasp of CNC equipment, tooling selection, and programming fundamentals.
- Fluency reading and interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
- Proven capability in tight-tolerance machining.
