OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Brooklyn, NY by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

HMD Trucking seeks experienced OTR drivers based near Brooklyn, NY, to move dry van freight nationwide in well-equipped, late-model tractors. Trucks come with APUs, inverters and sleepers and are supported by our in-house maintenance team for dependable operations.

What you'll do:

• Transport dry van freight safely and on schedule across national lanes.
• Conduct required inspections and keep accurate driving logs.
• Work with dispatch to plan efficient routes and delivery times.

Requirements & compensation highlights:

• Must hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months of experience.
• Pay starts at 65¢/mile with ~2,500 miles weekly, plus bonuses, full benefits and home time every two weeks.
