What You’ll Do As an Associate Field Technician , you’ll get immersive training while traveling extensively to customer sites. You’ll learn to perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation on fluid and gas systems that support mission-critical operations. This role requires over 80% overnight travel, including 30-50% night shiftsand must be available towork significant overtime including holidays, weekends & short notice. ***$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*** Responsibilities Set up and operate specialized equipment for cleaning & passivation of vessels and piping Work with hazardous chemicals such as citric acid and caustics in a safe, compliant manner Handle chemical processes safely using PPE and according to company protocol Load/unload equipment and chemicals for each project Drive company vehicles to customer job sites (trucks, vans, forklift, etc.) Maintain organized, clean workspaces in alignment with 5S/CEO standards Complete OSHA and company safety training, and follow all safety procedures Travel extensively—80%+ by land or air (overnight travel required) including holidays, weekends & short notice Who We’re Looking For We hire for attitude and train for success.
