This role is essential in ensuring that fire extinguishers are properly stocked, refilled, and tested for safety and compliance. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to fire safety. And will be our client representative in the field and incentivized to up-sell to your clients. Fire extinguisher service experience not required. For the right individuals, this will be trained!Responsibilities:Stock, refill, and recharge fire extinguishers according to industry standards.Provide client with guidance and industry expertise to up-sell in a professional manner.Ability to be the industry expert to maintain existing business and perhaps obtain additional business.Test and inspect fire extinguishers to ensure functionality and compliance.Maintain an organized and well-stocked shop inventory.Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on fire extinguishers.Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.Qualifications:Experience in fire extinguisher service, mechanical work, or a related field preferred.Technical/Construction experience with a strong customer service / sales mindset and ability to represent the company as an industry expert.Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn.Team player with a strong work ethic.We Offer:Competitive hourly pay rate/annual compensation.Quarterly bonus incentive based on up-selling performance.Comprehensive benefits package.A LOT of Opportunities for professional advancement!!A supportive and dynamic work culture focused on collaboration and success!
