Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant We are seeking a dedicated provider to deliver high-quality healthcare within Fast Pace Health’s scope. The Provider will work in a team-oriented, fast‑paced environment, respond quickly to changes in patient condition, and provide excellent patient service in clinic and via virtual communication. They will maintain a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff, modeling behaviors and ensuring teamwork for excellent patient care. Maintain accurate and timely completion of patient charts and documentation. Implement and follow clinical and telehealth protocols outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Conduct patient history take‑aways, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations to develop accurate diagnoses. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications. Advise patients on treatment plans and education for acute and chronic conditions. Participate in mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training. Complete all required compliance training and adhere to HIPAA and other federal/state regulations. Make recommendations to improve patient experience and clinic operations. Assist in onboarding new employees, providing job shadowing, coaching, and training. Qualifications and Experience Requirements Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience: At least 1–2 years as a provider in a relevant practice (e.g., urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, trauma, or family medical practice). Licensure: Active state license and DEA registration. DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment. Competencies: Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment; strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑centric focus; capability to interpret diagnostic information and maintain compliance with practice guidelines. Preferred experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
