Skilled Construction Worker Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

• Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
• Perform site preparation, including cleaning, digging, grading, and debris removal.
• Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other trades as needed
• Support heavy equipment operators by signaling, spotting, and guiding machinery as needed.
• Follow all site safety rules and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

Skilled Construction Worker Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Construction Labor experience. Trade experience preferred.
• Must maintain reliable transportation to various job sites.
• Ability to follow instructions, work on a team, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to Frequently bend, lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50+ pounds.
• Extended periods of walking, standing, or performing repetitive physical tasks.
