Description The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team at The Satire, Autograph by Marriott Alexandria, bringing creativity and outstanding dishes that delight guests. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety and timely service. Develop menus, control inventory and manage costs while maintaining presentation standards. Coach, mentor and delegate to kitchen staff, fostering skill development and teamwork. Collaborate with operations to uphold service standards and improve guest experiences. Qualifications Minimum five years of kitchen leadership experience. Strong organizational, computer and leadership skills. Excellent problem‑solving, delegation and coaching abilities.
